I wanted to write you a quick email to thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. The food was AMAZING, hands down the very best wedding food I've ever had-- because it didn't taste like wedding food! I was so happy to see people go back for seconds. People kept telling me the food was just incredible. The macaroni and cheese changed lives, I'm pretty sure. Everything was amazing and beautiful to boot. But most of all I was so impressed and felt so taken care of by your staff. They made sure to bring us the appetizers from cocktail hour regularly. More than once, they slipped in with a tray between shots to offer us food. I hear a lot from other brides that they mourn not being able to try the food because they're taking pictures during cocktail hour. As soon as a few of the servers realized I was obsessed with the bacon wrapped dates, they just kept 'em coming. They were even WARM on the tray when they got to me outside, and SO delicious. There was also a tray of appetizers on our sweetheart table when we sat down for dinner, which was so thoughtful and considerate.

The food was all absolutely amazing and your staff was top notch too! The food was fantastic back when we sampled the menu at Grange Hall Burger Bar. Usually you expect that (because of the difficulties of preparing large quantities of food and moving them to a venue) the actual catered meal just won’t be quite as good…WOW were we surprised!
